摘　　要：国家治理体系是从政治运行、制度设计及安排层次层面提出的,表达了一种治理创新的选择取向。其蕴含的多元参与和"共管共治"对实现国家治理层面的转型与创新建构意义重大,是缓释我国社会主义建设中全面改革诉求与政府治理创新双重压力的效率化工具与手段。文本在国家治理与"共管共治"组织性再整合的讨论基础上,探究制度语体下国家治理中"共管共治"的内涵与意义,明晰"共管共治"在中国社会改革转型以及国家治理体系建构中的角色定位与作用,阐释建构国家治理体系中"共管共治"的路径。National governance system expresses an option for governance innovation in political operation,system design and arrangement level. Its contained multiple participation and ＂joint governance＂bears great significance upon transmission and innovation at national governance dimension. It is an instrument of efficiency to alleviate double pressures from appeal to all-round reform in socialist construction and reform on governance. The essay writers, based on national governance and reorganized ＂Joint Governance＂ structure, examine the connotation and meaning of ＂joint governance＂in national governance within system style, define the role played by ＂joint governance＂ in the transition of Chinese society and national governance and expounds its path in the system.
