摘　　要：价值观是文化的核心,文化自觉根本上是价值观的自觉。培养和塑造大学生的社会主义核心价值观,不断提高大学生的公民认知能力、形成公民心理,规范公民行为,为其成才提供精神动力和行为准则,促进并实现社会的和谐发展,不仅是当下思想政治教育的重要使命,更是高校实现文化自觉的根本。文本指出,坚持灌输的方式是培育大学生社会主义核心价值观、实现思想政治教育文化自觉的重要原则与方法,注重实践与体验是培育大学生社会主义核心价值观、实现思想政治教育文化自觉的重要途径。Value is the core of culture while cultural self-conscience is that of value in a nutshell. The cultivation of college students＂ core socialist value, raise college students＂ citizen＂ cognitive power, shape citizen＇s mentality, regulate citizen＇s behavior and offer spiritual power and behaviour norm to promote social harmony, which is not only a mission for ideological education but a core of cultural self-conscience for Institutions. The essay states that inculcating manner is a both principle and method in which college students＂ socialist core value is cultivated and ideological, educational and cultural self-conscience realized.
