摘 要:目的:分析环境空气中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)与过敏原的关联性,探讨PM10在评估过敏性疾患中的作用.方法:收集2005年1月1日~ 2012年12月3日绵阳市4个监测点PM10浓度,2007年7月1日~2012年12月31日过敏性疾病患者各种过敏原的阳性百分比,采用Pearson相关分析,探讨PM10浓度变化对过敏原的影响.结果:f1、f14、f88、fs33、ds1、h1、e1及u80与PM10的Pearson相关系数分别为0.193、0.151、0.133、0.151、0.015、0.168、0.138及0.170,检验P值分别为0.002、0.014、0.030、0.014、0.031、0.027、0.037及0.025.按α=0.05标准认为与PM10存在正相关关系;e2、f13、位、f23、f24、f27、fs34、i6、ms1、ts20、w1及w6,按α=0.05标准,不能认为与PM10存在正相关关系.结论:环境空气PM10与尘螨组合、屋尘、猫毛、律草、鸡蛋白、花生、羊肉、海鱼组合具有明确的相关性,对树组合、普通豚草、艾蒿、狗上皮、蟑螂、霉菌组合、牛奶、花生、牛肉、淡水鱼、虾及蟹等无明确的相关性.Objective: To analyze the relationship between PM10 in ambient air and allergens, and so as to explore the role of PM10 in evaluating allergic diseases. Methods: PM10 concentrations of 4 moni- toring stations were gathered from 2005.1.1 to 2012.12.31 in Mianyang city, and positive percentage of allergens in patients with allergic diseases was collected and calculated from 2007.7.1 to 2012.12. 31. Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the effects of PM10 concentration changes on the allergens. Result: Pearson correlation coefficients of f1, f14, t88, fs33, dsl, hl, el, u80 with PM10 were 0. 193, 0. 151,0. 133, 0. 151,0. 015,0. 168, 0. 138, 0. 170, and P values were 0.002, 0.014, 0. 030, 0.014, 0. 031, 0. 027 , 0. 037 , 0. 025 respectively. According to alpha = 0.05 stand- ard, there were positive correlation. However e2, f13, f2,123,124, f27, fs34, i6, msl, ts20, w1, w6 were not positively correlated with PMt0. Conclusion: There are clear correlations between PM10 and dust mite assemblages, house dust, cat hair, humulus scandens, egg white, mutton, and fish assemblages. There are not clear correlations between PM10 and tree combination, common ragweed, mugwort, dog epithelium, cockroaches, mold combination, milk, peanuts, beef, fish, shrimp and crab.
