摘　　要：目的探讨非创伤性股骨头坏死局部组织中Ezrin表达的变化及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法和逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)对38例非创伤性股骨头坏死(实验组)和16例股骨颈骨折(对照组)组织中Ezrin的表达情况进行检测。结果实验组中Ezrin mRNA表达水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时非创伤性股骨头坏死中Ezrin表达水平与性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、职业及病因无关,但与疾病分期有关。结论 Ezrin可能参与非创伤性股骨头坏死的发病过程,并可能起着重要调控作用。Objective To investigate the expression level of Ezrin and its clinical significance in nontraumatic os- teonecrosis of femoral head. Methods Expression level of Ezrin in 38 patients with nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head （experimental group） and 16 patients with femoral neck fractures （control group） were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR analysis. Results The expression level of Ezrin was significantly lower in ex- perimental group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. It was correlated with the Ficat Stage, and had no rela- tionship with gender, age, BMI, profession and etiological factor. Conclusion Ezrin may involve in the develop- ment of nontraumatie osteonecrosis of femoral head, and play an important role in regulation.
