摘  要:目的:观察心-踝血管指数(CAVI)与血浆内皮微颗粒和血流介导的内皮依赖性肱动脉血管舒张功能(FMD)的相关性。方法:入选高血压患者48例,颈动脉血管超声检查无动脉粥样斑块且颈动脉内膜厚度(CIMT)<0.9mm。使用动脉硬化检测仪检测CAVI,血管超声检测FMD,流式细胞仪检测血浆血管内皮微颗粒。结果:CAVI与FMD呈负相关(r=-0.327,P=0.023),与内皮微颗粒呈正相关(r=0.348,P=0.015),FMD与内皮微颗粒呈负相关(r=-0.376,P=0.008)。结论:CAVI能反映血管内皮功能异常,是反映早期动脉粥样硬化的敏感指标。Objective:To investigate the association of cardio-ankle vascular index and endothelial function in hypertensive patients.Method:A total of 48patients with hypertension[carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) 0.9mm]were included in this study.All subjects were measured for cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI)with a VaSeraTM VS-1000CAVI instrument.Flow-mediated dilatation(FMD)was measured by ultrasound.Fasting blood samples were sent to measure endothelial microparticles(CD31+/CD42b)by flow cytometry.Result:Bivariate correlation analysis revealed that CAVI was significantly correlated with FMD(r=-0.327,P=0.023),endothelial microparticles(CD31+/CD42b)(r=0.348,P=0.015).FMD was significantly correlated with endothelial microparticles(CD31+/CD42b)(r=-0.376,P=0.008).Conclusion:CAVI could reflect endothelial function,and also could be a sensitive index which reflect early arteriosclerosis.
