摘　　要：目的:探讨药物代谢酶(CYP2A6*1、*2、*3、*4)4型基因多态性与烟草代谢物的相关性及其与冠心病的关系。方法:随机选取湖南地区汉族经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者205例,包括吸烟者129例,不吸烟者76例;正常对照208例,包括吸烟者78例,不吸烟者130例。应用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)对4组对象的CYP2A6基因型分布频率进行分析。结果:正常对照组与冠心病组CYP2A6基因型的分布频率无显著性差异;吸烟组与不吸烟组CYP2A6*2和CYP2A6*3的分布频率无显著性差异;吸烟组中CYP2A6*1的分布频率大于不吸烟组;不吸烟组中CYP2A6*4分布频率大于吸烟组;吸烟组冠心病发病率大于不吸烟组。结论:吸烟是冠心病的危险因素。吸烟者和不吸烟者的冠心病发病率有显著差异。CYP2A6基因多态性与烟草代谢物相关的冠心病可能存在相关性。Objective：To explore the association among four polymorphisms of CYP 2A6（1,2,3and 4）,tobacco metabolites and coronary heart disease.Method：There were 205patients with coronary heart disease including 129 smokers and 76non-smokers,and 208healthy adults including 78smokers and 130non-smokes selected randomly in Hunan Han population.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism PCR-RFLP was used to genotype the CYP2A6gene polymorphisms.Result：The distributions of four genotypes between the coronary heart disease and healthy adults groups had no significantly difference.There was no significantly difference of CYP2A6＊2and CYP2A6＊3between smokers group and nonsmokers group.CYP2A6＊1frequency was higher in smokers group than that in nonsmokers group.CYP2A6＊4frequency was higher in nonsmokers group than that in smokers group.Morbidity of coronary heart disease was higher in smokers group than that in nonsmokers group.Conclusion：Smoking is a risk factor of coronary artery disease.The incidence of coronary heart disease has significant differences between smokers and nonsmokers.Between CYP2A6gene polymorphisms and tobacco metabolites may be related to coronary heart disease.
