摘　　要：植入式心律转复除颤器（implantable cardioverter defibrillator,ICD）的问世及发展改变了心源性猝死患者的命运,随着ICD技术改进及程控参数的多元化,其应用更为普及,ICD已成为心脏科医生防治恶性心律失常的一把利器,但是其特有的电风暴现象被称为患者和医生的噩梦。Since 2008,42patients were implanted ICD,clinic materials of 4cases with electrical storm events were reviewed and analyzed.Results showed：①General materials：34patients were followed up,4cases（2 males）experienced electrical storm events（the incidence was 9.5%）,aged from 38to 67years,included 1single chamber ICD for long Q-T syndrome with PVC/VT/VF,1CRT-D for dilated cardiomyopathy with VT,1double chamber ICD and 1CRT-D for ischemic cardiomyopathy with VT.②ICD electrical storm episodes：4patients subjected 9electrical storm events,one experienced 6times in half a year for repeated and non-silent VT/FVT after failed ATP,died of obstinate heart failure 9months after first electrical storm event.One experienced 3highenergy discharge for 2VF and 1VT after 10sequences inefficient ATP in several hours.The others were experienced≥3discharges for sustain VT with stable hemodynamics in a short time.After receiving drug therapy and programming optimization among them,discharge event hadn＇t recurred.
