摘  要:目的探讨山西地区淋球菌流行株对大观霉素的耐药性及耐药机制。方法采用琼脂稀释法检测淋球菌对大观霉素的耐药性,用PCR和DNA测序及序列比较检测耐大观霉素菌株的16S rRNA基因突变。结果 2株大观霉素耐药菌株和3株中敏菌株株均存在16S rRNA基因突变,突变形式主要是均在991位发生了单位点突变,由A(腺嘌呤)突变为G(鸟嘌呤)。结论大观霉素仍为山西地区治疗淋病的首选药物,淋球菌16S rRNA基因突变在大观霉素耐药中可能起着重要作用。Objective To study the susceptibility of neisseria gonorrhoeae to spectinomycin in Shanxi and the mechanism of Spectinomycin - resistance. Methods The agar dilution method was used to test the susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to Spectinomycin and 16S rRNA gene was analyzed by PCR,sequencing and sequence comparison. Results Two spectinomycin resistant strains and three moderate sensitive strains existed in 16S rRNA gene mutation, which was mainly single point mutation from A (adenine) was mutated into G (guanine) at 991 locus. Conclusion Spectinomycin is still the first choice for the treatment of gonorrhoea. Neisseria gonorrhoeae 16S rRNA gene mutations may play an important role in spectinomycin resistance.
