摘  要:目的探讨CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)在尖锐湿疣免疫学发病机制中的作用及其与HPV亚型的相关性。方法采用流式细胞技术检测30例尖锐湿疣患者和30例对照组外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞的表达。采用基因芯片技术检测30例尖锐湿疣患者疣体脱落细胞中的HPV基因型。结果尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞数量高于正常对照组,且长病程组高于短病程组,复发组高于初发组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);但在高危型与低危型HPV感染组间其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞数量增加,这可能与其细胞免疫功能缺陷有关,但与HPV亚型无关。Objective To investigate the role of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells in the immunopathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum(CA) and to study the relationship between these ceils and HPV subtypes. Methods The counts of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood in 30 patients with CA and 30 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry. HPV subtypes were detected by human papillomavirus genotyping kit in 30 patients with CA. Results The percentage of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood in patients with CA was higher than that in the healthy controls( P 〈 0.05 ). Among the CA patients,the percentage of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells in the relapsed CA group was higher than that in the first onset CA group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Patients with long duration of CA exhibited higher percentage of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells than patients with short duration (P 〈 0.01 ). However, the percentage of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells was similar in the CA with high-risk and low-risk HPV subtypes ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The increase in CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+ regulatory T cells in patients with CA may be related to cell-mediated immunodeficiency, but not to HPV subtypes.
