CO_2点阵激光联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价CO2点阵激光联合5%米诺地尔酊外用治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将入选的109例斑秃患者随机分为3组,治疗组予点阵激光联合米诺地尔外用,对照1组仅予点阵激光治疗,对照2组仅予米诺地尔外用,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组的痊愈率为47.37%,有效率为89.47%,对照1组分别为31.43%和60.00%,对照2组分别为25.00%和63.89%,治疗组的痊愈率及有效率均明显优于对照2组,治疗组的有效率明显优于对照1组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组的痊愈率略高于对照1组;对照1组的痊愈率略高于对照2组,而其有效率略低于对照2组;治疗组、对照1组和对照2组分别复发1例(2.94%)、1例(4.76%)和3例(13.04%);以上差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。三组患者也均无严重不良反应。结论 CO2点阵激光联合米诺地尔外用治疗斑秃的临床疗效显著,复发率低,安全性高,值得临床选用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with 5% minoxidil tincture in the treatment of Alopecia Areata（AA）. Methods 109 patients with AA were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with 5% minoxidil tincture. One group of patients in the control group were treated with CO2 fractional laser alone while another group of patients in the control group were treated with topical 5% minoxidil tincture alone. All patients were treated for 3 months. Results The cure rates and effective rates were significantly higher in treated group than in 5% minoxidil tincture -treated controls （47.37% vs. 25.00% for cure rates and 89.47% vs. 63.89% for effective rates）. The effective rates were significantly higher in treated group than in CO2 fractional laser-treated controls （89.40% vs. 60%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure rates were slightly higher in treated group than in CO2 fractional laser-treated controls （47.37% vs. 31.43% ）. The cure rates in CO2 fractional laser treated controls were slightly higher than that in 5% minoxidil tincture-treated controls while the effective rates in CO2 fractional laser treated controls were slightly lower than that in 5% minoxidil tincture-treated controls. The recurrence rates for treatment, CO2 fractional laser-treated controls and 5% minoxidil tincture-treated controls were 2.94%, 4.76% and 13.04%, respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. No severe adverse effects were observed. Conclusion CO2 fractional laser in combination with minoxidil is effective and safe regimen with lower recurrence rates for AA. It is an optional alternative for AA.
