摘　　要：Steven-Johnson综合征(Stevens-Johnson syndrome,SJS)为一种严重的由免疫复合物所致的过敏性疾病,主要表现为严重的多形性红斑,多发生在全身使用某些药物后,临床少见,具有一定的死亡率。双氯芬酸钠为非甾体抗炎药,其不良反应包括SJS,但临床少有报道。以黏膜给药方式导致SJS者实属罕见。Steven-Johnson syndrome is a severe allergic disorder caused by immune complex, manifested by severe ery- thema multiforme, which is rare with some mortality and often occurs after systemic administrations of drugs. The side effects of diclofenac sodium, a non steroidal anti - inflammatory drug, include SJS. But it is rare in clinic, especially for those caused by the mucosal drug delivery.
