结节性耳轮软骨皮炎1例及文献复习

摘　　要：患者男,67岁。左耳轮疼痛性结节6年余,受压后剧烈疼痛,局部麻醉下予手术切除皮损。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度、棘层肥厚,结节处角化不全,真皮内局灶性胶原纤维均一化变性,纤维素样坏死,毛细血管增生,肉芽组织形成,软骨周围结缔组织呈增生性改变、均化变性,伴有大量组织细胞、浆细胞、成纤维细胞、淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:结节性耳轮软骨炎。A 67-year-old man presented with a painful nodule with severe tenderness on the helix of the left ear for 6 years. Nodule was surgically removed under local anesthesia. Histopathological changes included epidermal hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, parakeratosis, dermal focal homogenized and degenerated collagen fibers, fibrinoid necrosis, capillary hyperplasia, as well as granulation tissue formation. Proliferative connective tissue around the cartilage exhibited degeneration and was infiltrated with histiocytes, plasma cells, fibrohlasts, lympho- cytes. A diagnosis of chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helices was made.
