以眼底损害为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮1例并文献复习

摘　　要：患者女,20岁。左眼视力突然下降3个月,面部、躯干及上肢红斑鳞屑1月余。眼底检查:左眼底红斑,动脉稍细,静脉充盈。眼底可见散在渗出,出血及水肿改变。实验室检查:ANA 1∶3 200(+),抗Sm(+),补体降低。诊断:系统性红斑狼疮。A 20-year-old female presented with vision loss of left eye for 3 months, and scaly erythemas on the race, trunk and upper limbs for 1 month. Fundus examination showed red spot in the left fundus. The sporadic ex- udation, bleeding and edema could be seen on the fundus. The arteries of the fundus were slightly thin and the veins of the fundus were full of blood. Laboratory examination showed ANA 1 ： 3 200 （ ＋ ）, anti-Sm（ ＋ ）, and reduced complement levels. The diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus was made.
