润燥止痒胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病47例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的94例寻常性银屑病患者随机分成两组,各47例。治疗组口服润燥止痒胶囊2g,3次/d,同时外搽复方氟米松软膏,2次/d。对照组仅外用复方氟米松软膏,2次/d。两组患者的疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为78.72%,对照组为59.57%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病具有较好的协同作用,即安全而有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Compound flumetasoue ointment in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Ninety-four outpatients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomized into treatment group and control group. The 47 patients in treatment group took 2g Runzaozhiyang Capsules three times daily and topical Compound Flumetasone Ointment twice daily for 4 weeks. The 47 patients in control group were treated with topical Compound Flumetasone Ointment twice daily for 4 weeks. Results The effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than that in controls （78.72% vs. 59.58%, P 〈0.05）. No severe side effects were found in either group. Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule and Compound flumetasone ointment exhibit synergistic effect and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
