复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合维胺脂胶囊及异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常痤疮68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合维胺脂胶囊及异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的135例寻常痤疮患者随机分成两组,治疗组68例,口服复方珍珠暗疮胶囊1.2g,维胺脂胶囊50mg,均3次/d,同时外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶早、晚各1次;对照组67例,仅予口服维胺脂胶囊和外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶,用法同治疗组。两组患者的疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率94.12%,对照组有效率58.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶后诉面部有不同程度的干燥、脱皮、刺痛,末见胃肠道不良事件。结论复方珍珠暗疮胶囊联合维胺脂胶囊及异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常痤疮有效率高,值得临床选用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound zhenzhu anchaang capsule combined with viaminate capsule and isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of patients with ache vulgaris. Methods 135 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 68 patients in the treatment group were treated oral compound zhenzhu Anchuang capsule 1.2g and viaminate capsule 50mg, 3 times daily, and topical isotretinoin erythro- mycin gel twice daily for 4 weeks. 67 patients in the control group were treated with oral Viaminate capsule and topical isotretinoin erythromycin gel for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated during the treatment. Results The effective rates were significantly higher in the treatment group than controls （94.12% vs. 58.12% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Following isotretinoin erythromyein gel application, dry skin, peeling and stinging occurred on the face in both groups. No gastrointestinal adverse events were observed . Conclusion Compound zhenzhu anchuang capsule combined with viaminate capsule and isotretinoin erythromyein gel is more effective for acne vulgaris and is worthwhile to use.
