长盾形和多层盖板耳廓软骨移植物在鼻尖整形中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨长盾形和多层盖板耳廓软骨移植物在鼻尖塑造中的应用.方法：在分离、修整、缝合下外侧软骨穹窿部的基础上,于耳后颅耳沟切口切取耳廓软骨,修剪成长盾形及2～3块盖板移植物,用于鼻尖的塑形.结果：共11例患者,随访时间6～24月,效果满意,无严重并发症发生.结论：长盾形和多层盖板耳廓软骨移植物可以良好的修饰鼻尖,取材方便,操作简单,效果肯定.Objective To explore the usage of the extended columellar strut-tip graft and multiplied onlay graft in correction of nasal tip in rhinoplasty.Methods The low lateral cartilages were detached,trimed and sutured according patient＇s situation.The auricle cartilage was achieved from cranio-auricular groove insicion and sculptured to an extended columellar strut-tip graft and 2～3 piceces of onlay graft,which were then fixed on sutured alar cartilages to modify nasal tip.Results Total 11 cases were followed up to 6～24 months,postoperative results were satisfied,and no severe complications occured.Conclusion The extended columellar strut-tip graft and multiplied onlay graft used to modify nasal tip is a resonable and effective method in rhinoplasth,which can achieve good effect and easy to apply,and almost without severe complications.
