半Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术103例分析

摘　　要：目的:介绍一种简单有效的矫正内眦赘皮及重睑成形的方法。方法:对103例伴有不同程度内眦赘皮的患者进行重睑成形术,同期行半Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮。结果:本组共103例患者,5例失访,其余病例随访6个月以上,内眦切口瘢痕不明显、未出现瘢痕增生,术后重睑及内眦形态良好,所有患者均对手术效果满意。结论:重睑成形术联合半Z成形术能充分矫正内眦赘皮,术后重睑及内眦形态良好,内眦处瘢痕不明显,是一种效果满意的手术方法,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To introduce an effective and convenient method for the correction of epicanthus with double eyelidplasty.Methods 103 patients with the epicanthal fold were treated with hlf Z-epicanthoplasty combined with double eyelidplasty in one stage.Results 98 cases were followed up more than 6 months postoperatively,there were no scar proliferation in epicanthal incision.All the patients were satisfied with the postoperative results.Conclusion Double eyelidplasty combined with half Z-epicanthoplasty is a simple and effective procedure which can achieve aesthetic reaults with inconspicuous postoperative scar,it should be used widely.
