窄谱中波紫外线照射联合口服依巴斯汀治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射联合口服依巴斯汀治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效.方法：选取2012年8月～2013年7月笔者科室治疗的92例玫瑰糠疹患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组（46例）和对照组（46例）,观察组患者采用窄谱中波紫外线照射联合依巴斯汀治疗;对照组仅口服依巴斯汀治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率达93.48％,对照组为69.57％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：窄谱中波紫外线照射联合口服依巴斯汀治疗玫瑰糠疹可获得良好的临床疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广.Objective To discuss the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy combined with Ebastine in treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods From 2012 August to 2013 July,92 cases of patients with pityriasis rosea in our hospital were treated as the research object,randomly divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group （46 cases）,the observation group were treated by NB-UVB irradiation combined with Ebastine treatment,the control group only port Do Bea Baskin,to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.48％,the effective rate of the control was only 69.57％ in the treatment group,there were significant differences between the two groups （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Narrow band ultraviolet irradiation combined with Ebastine in treatment of pityriasis rosea can achieve good clinical efficacy,is worthy of reference and promotion.
