摘　　要：目的:探讨利用脂肪抽吸技术治疗madelung综合征的可行性及处理要点。方法:通过回顾分析12例madelung综合征患者临床资料,并结合相关文献对本病的诊断治疗方法进行分析。结果:12例患者均以不同程度颈部脂肪堆积收治,选择使用者脂肪抽吸术治疗。效果均良好,无并发症,随访半年以上,无明显复发。结论:脂肪抽吸治疗madelung综合征是有效、安全的方法,Objective To discuss the management of Madelung＇s Sydrome.Methods The clinical data of 8 cases of Madelung＇s Syndrome were analyzed retrospectively and the manangement was discussed.Results All 8 cases appeared cervical region subcutancous mass,and lipectomy or liposuction were used to remove tne mass.After the operation,the symptoms disappeared,good appearance.Except for 2 cases of subcutaneous blood stasis,no obvious complications.Conclusion surgical operation is an effective method for treatment of Madelung＇s syndrome.To alleviate the symptoms and improve the appearance of the neck is the main objective.
