除脂生发片联合甘草锌颗粒治疗男性早期雄激素性秃发

摘　　要：目的:观察除脂生发片联合甘草锌颗粒治疗男性早期雄激素性秃发(AGA)的疗效。方法:将60例男性早期AGA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,均以5%的米诺地尔液每天涂患处2次,治疗组同时口服除脂生发片和甘草锌颗粒,对照组同时口服胱氨酸和VitB6,疗程3个月。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为53.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:除脂生发片联合甘草锌颗粒治疗男性早期AGA安全,近期效果好。Objective To observe the efficacy for treating the early androgenetic alopecia （AGA） in male by ChuZhiShengFaPian combining with Licorzine Granules.Methods 60 cases of males＇ early AGA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.All patients were given 5％ Minoxidil topical therap two times a day.The treatment group took ChuZhiShengFaPian combining with Licorzine Granules.The control group took cystine and vitaminB6.The treatment was 3 months.Results The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67％ and that of the control group was 53.33％.There were significant differences between two-groups＇ effective rate （P＜0.05）.Two groups patients all didn＇t occur significantly adverse reaction.Conclusion ChuZhiShengFaPian combining with Licorzine Granules treatment of males＇ early AGA shows high safety and good near-term efficacy.
