摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法制备Ni-Mg-Co离子共掺BaFe12O19纳米粉体,研究不同掺杂量和保温时间对样品微观结构和磁性能的影响。利用X线衍射仪、透射电镜和振动样品磁强计测试了样品的相结构、显微结构和宏观静态磁性能。结果表明:在1 100℃煅烧温度下热处理保温时间对掺杂前后的M型钡铁氧体宏观磁性有决定性影响,其中BaFe12O19煅烧保温时间3 h,其饱和磁化强度仅为137.9 A/m,但矫顽力为41.8 kA/m;BaNiMg0.9Co0.1Fe10O19煅烧保温时间3 h的饱和磁化强度增加到143.3 A/m,而矫顽力降到7.9 kA/m。说明M型钡铁氧体的磁性能可实现从传统的永磁到近软磁大范围的调控,使其在材料空间领域得到更广泛的应用。Ni-Mg-Co substituted BaFe12O19 nano-powder was prepared by the sol-gel self-propagating combustion method, and the influence of different doping quantity and holding time on microstructure and magnetic properties was studied. The phase structure, microstructure and static magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. It is found that holding time of heat treatment determines the magnetic properties of M-type barium ferrite before and after ion doping under 1 100 ℃ calcination temperature. The saturation magnetization of BaFe12O19 is only 137.9 A/m and coercivity is 41.8 kA/m after holding for 3 h, and saturation magnetization of BaNiMg0.9Co0.1Fe10O19 is 143.3 A/m, the coercivity is 7.9 kA/m after holding for 3 h. This means that the magnetic properties of M type barium ferrite can be controlled in a wide range from the traditional permanent magnet to soft magnetic, so it can be widely used in the material space field.
