摘  要:目的:探讨人亨廷顿相互作用蛋白(Huntingtin interacting protein 14,HIP14)在1型糖尿病患者血浆中表达水平的变化,并分析其与胰岛功能的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测1型糖尿病组中47例1型糖尿病患者及对照组50例健康人血浆HIP14含量,分析HIP14表达水平与空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)的相关性。结果:1型糖尿病组与健康对照组相比,血浆HIP14表达水平明显下降(P<0.05)。相关分析显示血浆HIP14表达水平与FBG无明显相关性,而与FINS及HOMA-IS呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:1型糖尿病患者血浆中HIP14含量明显下降,HIP14表达下调可能与胰岛素的分泌受损及糖尿病的发生有关。Objective: To investigate the expression levels of HIP14 in type 1 diabetic patients and the relationship between the expression levels of HIP14 and islet function. Methods: The expression levels of HIP14 were detected in 47 patients with type 1 diabetes (type 1 diabetes group) and 50 healthy people ( control group) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The relation- ship between HIP14 and fasting blood glucose(FBG) , fasting insulin(FINS) , HOMA-IS was analyzed by correlation analysis. Results : Compared with control group, the expression levels of HIP14 in type 1 diabetes group were significantly decreased. The expression levels of HIP14 were positively correlated with FINS, HOMA-IS, but not with FBG. Conclusion: The expression levels of HIP14 in type 1 diabetic patients were lower. Decreased expression of HIP14 was correlated with the deficiency of insulin secretion and development of T1DM.
