不同固化剂对环氧富锌涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘　　要：对不同固化剂制备的环氧富锌涂层分别进行了盐雾实验、浸泡实验和电化学阻抗实验,对涂层表面的组织形貌和电容、电阻进行了观察与测试。结果表明,由于含有抗腐蚀的苯环结构,2040固化剂制备的环氧富锌涂层的防腐蚀性能最好。Zinc-rich epoxy coatings with different curing agent were prepared and a series of tests including salt spray, immersion test and electrochemical impedance were taken. The results show that the coating with 2040 curing agent have the best corrosion resistance due to the benzene ring structure.
