摘 要:针对某钢厂37Mn5钢生产工艺,对稳态、非稳态时中间包以及铸坯中的T[O]、[N]含量、显微夹杂含量、大型夹杂物含量进行了分析。研究表明:非稳态时中间包液面波动较大,中间包入口、出口及铸坯中T[O]平均含量分布分别是稳态时的1.09倍、1.06倍、1.08倍;显微夹杂物含量分别是稳态时的1.10倍、1.24倍、1.32倍;大型夹杂物含量是稳态时的1.75倍。提高非稳态浇注时操作的稳定性,控制好开浇、换包操作,稳定中间包、结晶器液面,可以有效改善钢质量。Aiming at the production process of 37Mn5 steel in some steel company, the content of T [O],[N], micro-inclusions and large inclusions were analyzed systematically in the condition of steady and unsteady. The results show that the liquid surface fluctuation of tundish under unsteady state is larger than steady state, The T[O] average content of tundish at the entrance, exit and in casting slab under unsteady state is 1.09, 1.06, 1.08 times than that under steady state, the content of micro inclusion is 1.1, 1.24, 1.32 times than that under steady state, and the content of large inclusion is 1.75 times than that under steady state. Increasing the stability of operation on unsteady casting, controlling well the cast-on and ladle changing, stabilizing the liquid level of tundish and crystallizer can improve the quality of the steel.
