摘  要:为了从色度学角度定量认识人肺腺癌细胞A549和H322细胞爬片巴氏染色及HE染色图像的特征及差异性,作者用图像分析技术测试A549和H322细胞爬片HE染色和巴氏染色之色度学参数,包括细胞浆的红、绿、蓝三基色(Rp、Gp、Bp)和其三基色系数(rp、gp、bp),以及核的红、绿、蓝三基色(Rn、Gn、Bn)和其三基色系数(rn、gn、bn)。结果发现,A549和H322细胞HE染色之Rp、Bp、Rn、Gn、Bn、rp、bp、gn和bn,以及巴氏染色之Gp、Rn、Gn、Bn、bp、rn、gn和bn差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),但差值不大。A549和H322细胞爬片HE及巴氏染色色度学属性相近,略有不同。To analyze the differences and the similarities of the chromatic characteristics between human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 and H322, Cytological samples of A549 and H322 cells were prepared from climbing piece stained with hematoxylin-eosin and papanicolaou staining. Computer image analysis of the cytological samples was performed to determine the chromatic parameters, including three primary colors of cytoplasm (Rp, Gp, Bp) and their coefficients (rp, gp, bp), three primary colors of cell nuclei (Rn, Gn, Gn) and their coefficients (rn, gn, bn) respectively. The results showed that the values of Gp, Rn, Gn, Bn, bp, m, gn and bn had significant differences between A549 and H322 cells stained by papanicolaou, and the values of Rp, Bp, Rn, Gn, Bn, rp, bp, gn and bn also had significant differences between A549 and H322 cells stained by hematoxylin and eosin (P〈0.01), but the differences were not large. The colorimetric properties of A549 cells climbing piece stained by papanicolaou and hematoxylin-eosin were similar to H322 cells, but with slight differences.
