摘　　要：笔者拟通过寻找新旧版施工合同的差异,以期给予施工企业合同管理相关操作指引,助力企业在实践中更好地维护自身利益。The author intends to find the difference between the old and the new version of the construction contract; hoping to provide some related operational guidelines for the contract management of construction enterprises and contribute to enterprises better safeguard their interests in practice.
