苏丹油田管输原油降凝剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：针对苏丹原油高含蜡的特性,研制出了以乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯为主料、以丙烯酸高碳醇酯和胶质改性剂为辅料的降凝剂。通过对国内外多种原油降凝剂的对比评价试验,研制出的CNPCNo.9A降凝剂对苏丹油田含蜡原油的降凝效果非常显著,性能优于国外其它多种降凝剂,同英国Champion公司研制的WM1310降凝剂一起被GNPOC业主选择为现场用剂,并成功地应用于苏丹外输管道的生产中。Sudanese crude oil is a kind of highly-waxy crude oil. To meet the needs of pipelinings PPD named CNPC No. 9A that consists of ethylene-vinyl acetate as a key component ,PAE and gel modifier as auxiliary components has been developed. The comparison and evaluation tests on the domestic and abroad PPDs have been made. The test results have shown that the performance of CNPC No. 9A PPD is the best in the PPDs to be tested. Together with Champion WM1310 PPD,the CNPC No. 9A now have been selected by - 4 - GNPOC as a PPD of Sudanese crude oil and successfully applied in the oil pipelining.
