摘  要:目的:观察鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效。方法28例鼻前庭囊肿患者,于鼻内镜下经鼻前庭径路采用低温等离子射频消融治疗。如囊肿范围不超出鼻前庭,则开放囊腔保留囊肿底壁;如囊肿范围超出鼻前庭,则彻底去除囊壁上皮以消除囊腔。结果全部患者术后随访6~12个月,囊肿均无复发,无明显鼻前庭瘢痕及前鼻孔狭窄等后遗症。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融治疗鼻前庭囊肿具有创伤小、操作简单、疗效好、适应症广等优点,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation operation on nasal vestibular cyst under nasal endoscope.Methods Included in this study were 28 patients with nasal vestibular cyst treated in our Hospital by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation operation performed under nasal endoscope. If the extend of cyst was not beyond to nasal vestibule, it was operated on only by opening the top wall of cyst capsule but with its bottom wall remained in situ. Once its range was beyond nasal vestibule, the whole cystic capsule should be removed completely to eliminate the cyst.Results All these patients were found without their lesion reoccurred by the end of following up period lasted for 6-12 months after operation. There were no obvious sequelae occurred following the surgery such as significant scar tissue formation in nasal vestibule and narrowing in anterior naris.Conclusions The operation of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation performed under nasal endoscope holds such advantages as simple manipulations, minimal invasive, higher efficiency and wide indications for the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Therefore, it is valuable to make it used in a wider range of clinical practice.
