摘 要:2012年8月,在青海省果洛藏族自治州班玛县采集到小鲵科山溪鲵属标本2尾,经形态鉴定并和山溪鲵属近缘种进行线粒体Cyt b及COⅠ基因序列比较分析,鉴定为无斑山溪鲵(Batrachuperus karlschmidti),为该物种在青海省内首次发现。This study applied morphological characters and DNA sequence data to identify the two specimens of Batrachuperus collected from Banma County, Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province in August, 2012. Two mitochondrial genes Cyt b (754 bp) and CO Tatjana N. Dujsebayeva(582 bp) of the two specimens were sequenced and the sequences of four related Batrachuperus species: B. karlschmidti, B. pinchonii, B. tibetanus and B. londongensis were downloaded fi'om GenBank. The maximum-parsimony (MP) and maximum- likelihood (ML) phylogenetic trees of these Batrachuperus species were constructed according to Cyt b and CO I genes with outgroups Liua tsinpaensis and L. shihi. The phylogenetic trees show that: the sequences of the two specimens and three known sequences of B. karlschmidti form a high supported elade. Based on the phylogenetie trees and the morphological eharaeters (the body without marble mark, the labial folds well developed and measurements of type) , the two specimens were identified as B. karlschmidti, which is found from Qinghai Province for the first time.
