摘　　要：目的了解中学生脊柱健康情况。方法随机整群抽取昆明市某中学在校学生246名,填写自制"脊柱健康调查表"和x线拍摄颈椎及腰椎平片,观察脊柱生理曲度及其稳定性。结果 246名学生中,颈曲变直和反弓者合计有176,腰椎椎曲异常的37例,颈椎有椎曲异常并有颈肩部症状的101例。结论中学生中至少半数学生脊柱不健康,应当引起广泛关注。Objective To understand the health of spine in students. Methods 246 students of one high school were randomly extracted in Kunming. The homemade＆quot;spine health questionnaire＆quot;and X-ray of cervical spine and lumbar spine were conducted. Then, the lordosis of the spine and its stability were observed. Results Of 246 students,176 students had cervical curvature straight and anti-bow, 37 students had lumbar vertebral abnormal,101 students had cervical vertebral ab-normal complicated with neck and shoulder discomfort. Conclusion The spine of half of the stu-dents was unhealthy in high school students at least,this should cause concern.
