摘 要:目的 测量孕龄20~34周正常胎儿每个孕周心脏各心腔内径及大动脉内径正常范围,探讨不同孕龄上述各参数的变化规律.方法 选取行胎儿超声心动图检查结果正常的胎儿2 529例,孕龄在20~34周.对所有受检胎儿进行规范化检查,数据存储分析,分析胎儿心脏检查参数正常值范围并研究与孕龄的关系.结果 建立了胎儿超声心动图各心腔内径及解剖结构的正常参考值.发现了胎儿心脏解剖各径线之间的比例规律关系,心脏各径线与孕周呈显著线性相关.结论 胎儿超声心动图技术能够对胎儿心脏结构进行准确的评价,各个孕龄正常值的制订能够为胎儿超声心动图检查提供指导.Objective To establishes normative reference ranges of fetal cardiac dimensions between gestation 20 and 34 weeks; analyze the possible correlation between cardiac diameter and gestational age.Methods Totally 2 529 fetusts with normal echocardiogram studies was enrolled from Autumn 2010 to December 2012.The gestation is between 20 weeks to 34 weeks.According to United States Association of echocardiography guidelines and standards for fetal echocardiography,to store all the data analysis,analyze the fetal cardiac normal reference value for each gestational weeks.Simple regression analysis was used to assess the correlation between cardiac diameter and gestational ages.Results Establish the normal reference value of the fetal cardiac cavity diameter and the anatomy structure.We found the ratio relationship between the diameters of the fetal cardiac anatomy.With the advance of gestation a significant linear increase in fetal cardiac diameters was found.Conclusions Fetal echocardiography technology can accurately assess fetal cardiac structure,the establishment normal reference value of cardiac cavity diameter could provide guidance to fetal echocardiography examination.
