摘  要:通过调整柔性石墨填料带厚度改变缠绕密度的方法设计了缠绕式垫片的结构 ,对不同结构的缠绕式垫片进行了常温机械性能的试验研究。找出了柔性石墨厚度变化对缠绕式垫片常温机械性能影响的基本规律 ,提出了以缠绕密度为参量较好地表征比压、卸载模量、回弹量等压缩回弹特性的公式 ,并通过对试验数据的回归分析得到了公式中的系数。在确定的结构与制造工艺条件下 ,获得了符合ASMEB1 6.2 0— 1 993所要求的机械性能。表明在其它结构参数与制造工艺不变的情况下 。The structure of wound gasket was designed by adjusting thickness of flexible graphite gasket band to change winding density. The paper studied mechanical properties of wound gasket with different structures at room temperature. The basic law about influence of flexible graphite thickness on mechanical properties of wound gasket at room temperature was found, A formula with parameter of winding density was been proposed, and it can present ratio pressure unloading module and resilence very well. The formula coefficients were determined by regressive analysis of test data. Under the structure and manufacture technology given in this paper, the wound gasket can obtain mechanical properties required by ASME B16.20-1993. The results show that at the same structure and manufacture technology it is practical to alter mechanical properties of wound gasket by adjusting flexible graphite thickness to change winding density.
