摘　　要：临床药师通过参与1例菌血症患者治疗,制定个体化给药方案,使患者感染得到及时有效控制。发挥了临床药师在疾病的治疗中的作用,提高了临床治疗水平,并促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of patients with diseases. METHODS： Clinical pharmacist involved in the consultations of a bacteremia patient, offer a proposal to select antibacterial and developed individualized treatment plan for the patient. RESULTS： The patient＇s condition to get timely and effective control and treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists to participate in the clinical course of treatment, It will not only enhance the level of clinical treatment，but also promote apply medicine reasonablely.
