摘  要:目前国内常用的防塌评价仪是静态的 ,不能真实反映井下情况 ,据此研制了能模拟井下条件、真实反映井下实际情况的高温高压动态防塌仪。这种仪器能够模拟井下三轴应力实际情况 ,用失重率、吸水率、轴向变形等参数作为评价钻井液防塌能力的指标 ,较为合理 ,分辨率较高 ,在所评价的几种钻井液体系中 ,油基钻井液的防塌效果最好 ,MMH正电胶钻井液次之 ,清水最差。这种动态防塌仪具有性能稳定、操作方便、自动化程度高和重复性好的特点 ,相对误差小于 10 %。The tester described in this article is a test apparatus for evaluating the effect of preventing wellbore collapse of the drilling fluid. The static tester is used currently, which cannot reveal the actual downhole conditions,thereby a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic taster is developed, which can simulate the downhole conditions and reveal the real downhole status. The tester can simulate the downhole triaxial stress status, and present weight loss rate, water absorption rate and axial deformation as the indexes for evaluating the collapse prevention ability of drilling fluid. A few drilling mud systems are evaluated with thes tester, and the result shows that the oil-base mud has the best effect of preventing wellbore collapse, the MMH mud the second, and the clear water the worst. The dynamic tester is characterized by stable performance. easy operation and high degree of automatization with a relative error of lower than 10%.
