摘 要:目的探讨不同乳腺超声分型的腺体组织硬度。方法超声检查336例女性单侧乳腺,根据腺体组织厚度与结构将乳腺分为腺体型、腺纤维型和脂肪型,比较不同乳腺类型腺体组织的应变彩色直方图均值。结果腺体型128例,腺纤维型132例,脂肪型76例;脂肪型乳腺腺体组织的应变彩色直方图均值(38.37±16.35)小于腺体型(47.88±15.56)和腺纤维型(44.28±14.98)(P<0.01),腺体型与腺纤维型比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂肪型乳腺腺体组织硬度较腺体型和腺纤维型乳腺腺体组织硬度大,腺体型和腺纤维型乳腺的腺体组织硬度无明显差异。Objective To analyze the stiffness of mammary gland in different ultrasonographic classifications. Methods A total of 336 patients were examined unilateral mammary gland. According to the thickness and structure of the mammary gland tissue on ultrasound images, the mammary gland tissue was categorized into glandular, fibroglandular and fatty types. The mean value of histogram was compared in different gland types. Results In 336 patients, glandular type was found in 128, fibroglandular type in 132 and fatty type in 76. The mean value of histogram was lower in fatty type (38.37±16.35) than that in glandular (47.88±15.56) and fibroglandular (44.28±14.98) types (P〈0.01), and was not different between glandular type and fibroglandular type (P〉0.05). Conclusions The mammary gland tissue is harder in fatty type than that in glandular and fobroglandular types, and shows no significant difference between glandular type and fibroglandular type.
