摘　　要：针对军事态势标绘的需求进行分析,设计并实现了一个基于Web的军事态势标绘系统。系统以ArcGIS Server 10.0为服务器端,基于Flex开发客户端,提出了一种态势符号模型构建方法,并以此为基础实现了军事态势符号的实时标绘、编辑与保存等主要功能。This paper designed and implemented a Web military situation plotting system to satisfy the requirements of situation plotting in military.A new model for situational symbol is designed in this paper.Functions for situation symbols,such as real-time plotting,editing and storage,are implemented according to this model.Client/Server architecture is used in this system.The client side is developed using Flex technology,and the server side is implemented based on AreGIS Server.
