摘　　要：杜定友为解决我国图书馆建设中的各种问题,不仅在理念上倡导图书馆学本土化,而且在分类法、编目法、汉字排检法、图书馆管理、图书馆学专业教育等诸多领域进行了全方位的本土化探索和实践,取得了丰硕成果,对中国图书馆学的建立和发展做出了卓越贡献,其图书馆学本土化的问题意识及反省批判精神值得学习。In order to solve various problems in the construction of libraries in China, Du Dingyou not only proposed the localization of the library science on the concept, but also carried out the omnibearing Iocalizational exploration and practice in many areas, such as the classification, the catalogue method, the Chinese character arranging method, the library management and the education in the library science, therefore, he gained substatial achievements, and made the outstanding contribution to the construction and development of the library science in China. His problem awareness of the localization of the library science and the critical spirit is worth learning.
