银中杨扦插繁殖技术初探

摘　　要：银中杨是具有很高观赏价值的杨树品种之一,苗木繁育上有一定难度,为提高银中杨扦插育苗成活率,试验采用清水浸泡、IBA(吲哚乙酸)及NAA(萘乙酸)3种方法进行银中扬生根处理。结果表明:硬枝扦插中覆地膜配合NAA100mg·L-1处理效果最好,扦插成活率达88%;软枝扦插中IBA50mg·L-1处理的扦插成活率86%。Poplus alba ＇Berolinensis＇ L. is a high ornamental value poplar specie,and there are some difficulties in its seedling breeding, in order to improve the survival rate of seedlings cuttings, three methods had been used for rooting treatments including soaking with water, IBA（indole acetic acid）and with NAA（naphthaleneacetic acid）. The results showed that hard wood cuttings covered by plastic film NAA 100 mg·L^-1 treatment had the best effect,cutting survival rate was 88%;while soft branch cutting with IBA 50 mg· L^-1 was the best, cutting survival rate was 86%.
