现行医药卫生体制下的上海市卫生技术经纪体系动力机制构建研究

摘　　要：本研究系统分析了现行医药卫生体制下上海市构建卫生技术经纪体系动力机制,通过调研和文献回顾总结了上海卫生技术经纪体系存在的问题,即卫生技术经纪人的社会地位及社会认知度不到位、卫生技术经纪环境尚不完善、现行成果的管理机制难以突破、卫生技术经纪模式不够专业,并且对上海市构建卫生技术经纪体系提出了相应的政策建议,即加强技术市场中介机构建设、加强医药科技成果转化中的信息网络建设、多元化卫生技术经纪模式。this study systematically analyzes the dynamic mechanism of Shanghai health technology brokerage system construction under the current medical and health system. The problems of shanghai health technology brokerage system has been revealed by using the method of investigation and literature review. The problems are listed as following： social status and social awareness of health technology broker cannot earn e- nough attention in the public ; the environment of brokerage system construction has not been well established ; achievements of current manage- ment mechanism are hardly to break; the pattern of health technology brokerage system seems to be unprofessional. The suggestions on the construction of Shanghai health technology brokerage system are offered as below ： enhance the construction of technology market intermediary institution; improve information network construction of achievements transformation of medicine science and technology; diversify the pattern of health technology brokerage system.
