摘　　要：在我国卫生法制史上,中央政府独立设置卫生行政部门最早可以追溯到1928年南京国民政府时期的行政院卫生部。本文以时间为序列,通过文献分析的方法,细致地梳理出我国不同时期中央卫生行政机构的发展沿革与历史路径,并在考察不同时期的卫生法制建设情况之后,得出了中央卫生行政机构地位越高,卫生法制建设越活跃的结论。The central government set up the health administrative departments independently since 1928, Nanjing National Governmerit set up the ministry of health. With time series method, the history of the China national health administration and development of health legal system have been researched in the past one hundred years. At the end of words, the conclusions have been drawn that the higher status of national administration of health is helpful to construct health legal system.
