摘　　要：近年中医以其临床疗效确切、预防保健作用独特、治疗方式灵活、费用比较低廉的特点,使其在社区卫生服务机构及新医改中的作用越来越重要。政府对社区中医的财政投入是社区中医服务发展的重要支柱,因此本研究将以我国社区中医服务的财政投入为研究对象,通过基尼系数分析我国社区中医服务财政投入的公平性,运用泰尔指数对公平性评价的效果进行进一步探讨,为我国制定社区中医服务均等发展政策提出针对性建议。In recent years, with charaeterisucs like curative effect in the clinical, unique fimction in prevention of disease, flexible treatment methods and relatively low cost. Chinese Medicine plays an important role in community health service institutions and new medical reform. Fiscal fund to community medical service is an important pillar of community medical service development, thus, the study will take fiscal fund to our community Chinese Medicine services as the object of study. Using Gini coefficient to analyze the equity of the fiscal fund to community Chinese medical service and applying Theil index to further explore the effect of fairness, iso as to provide countermeasure for the designing equalization development policy of community Chinese Medicine services in China.
