摘　　要：针对目前电力视频监控系统中设备种类和数量不断增多、视频故障频发影响正常电力调度、视频监控管理越来越依靠网络等现象,在研究电力视频故障检测云平台的基础上,设计了基于云的电力视频故障管理系统,使故障维修具有实时性和目的性,满足大规模数字视频监控系统的运行和维护需求,提高了电力视频监控系统的可靠性。Aiming at the problems such as the increasing of monitoring malfunction devices, the high failure rate of video e- quipments which result in power dispatching difficulty, is more and more significance of Network in video management, this paper presents a new system of electric video monitoring malfunction management based on the electric video monitoring cloud. The prob- lem of the reliability of electric video monitoring system is solved, which can meet the needs of video monitoring system operation and maintenance, by improving the real-time repairing and purposiveness.
