钻井液抗氧缓蚀剂CT2-13在川东气田的应用

摘　　要：现场钻井液对钻具具有较强的腐蚀作用 ,腐蚀速率达到 1mm/a以上。缓蚀剂CT2 - 13是一种性能优良的钻井液抗氧缓蚀剂 ,与现场钻井液配伍性好 ,可将钻具腐蚀速率控制在 0 .3mm/a以下。缓蚀剂CT2 - 13适用于聚合物、聚合物低固相、聚磺钻井液中溶解氧腐蚀防护 。Dissolved oxygen in field drilling fluids will corrode drill tools severely.Corrosion rate of G105 steel can reach about 1mm/a.In order to control oxygen corrosion in field drilling fluids,corrosion inhibitor CT2-13 is added to field drilling fluids and inhibits oxygen corrosion greatly.Corrosion rate of G105 steel is less than 0.3 mm/a in field drilling fluids after adding corrosion inhibitor CT2-13.Corrosion inhibitor CT2-13 is very compatible with field drilling fluids,and can be applied in polymer drilling fluids,also in high temperature deep wells.
