超声介入穿刺注药联合口服小金片治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺注药结合口服小金片治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿的临床疗效。方法将120例乳腺单纯性囊肿患者随机分成2组,观察组70例穿刺抽出囊液注入无水乙醇冲洗后,再注入地塞米松和庆大霉素混合液,同时口服中成药小金片3个疗程;对照组50例穿刺抽出囊液后注入无水乙醇冲洗并保留硬化治疗。于术后6个月、12个月分别观察2组疗效、并发症发生情况、复发率及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组治愈率为96%,无复发者;对照组治愈率为80%,复发率为8%。2组治愈率和复发率比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);经期乳房胀痛症状痊愈率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下穿刺抽液注射无水乙醇冲洗后,注入地塞米松、庆大霉素混合液同时口服小金片治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿疗效确切,临床治愈率高。Objective It is to explore the clinical effect of ultrasound guided puncture injection of drugs combined with oral Xiaojin pills clinical on simple breast cysts. Methods 120 cases of mammary simple cyst patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （ n = 70） was treated with puncture injection of gentamicin and dexamethasone mixture and Xiaojin pills by oral administration for 3 treatment course after puncture extraction of cysts and anhydrous alcohol rinse; the control group （ n = 50） was treated with mammary gland cyst puncture after extraction fluid injection of anhydrous alcohol wash and keeping sclerotherapy at 6,12 month after operation. The curative effect and complications, recurrence rate and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed in both groups. Results The cure rate was 96% in treatment group with no recurrence case, and that was 80% in control group, and the recurrence rate was 8%. There were significant difference in the cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure rate of menstrual breast tenderness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The treatment with puncture injection of gentamicin and dexamethasone mixture under ultrasound guide and Xiaojin pills by oral administration after puncture extraction of cysts and anhydrous alcohol rinse has a good curative effect on simple breast cysts with high clinical cure rate.
