摘　　要：对高压静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)开展试验检测和标准研究,介绍了试验项目和试验方法,重点阐述了滤波功能测试和响应时间测试,测试结果显示不同厂家装置的性能和功能存在较大的差异性。根据测试情况分析,从电力系统实际应用需求出发,对中国电力行业标准(DSTATCOM)有关无功精度、响应时间、噪音及谐波的测试方法或指标,提出一些意见和建议。According to the research of test and standard for high voltage STATCOM, this paper introduces the test items and test method, focusing on filtering function test and response time test. Test results show that there are great differences for performance and functions of equipments to different factories. According to the results and requirements of power system practical application, some suggestions are put forward,which are related to test method or index of relative power precision, response time, noise, and harmonic about the power industry standard of technical regulation for distribution static synchronous compensator（DSTATCOM）.
