摘  要:冲击电压测量软件的计算准确度直接影响冲击电压测量系统的测量水平,笔者介绍了IEC标准对于叠加过冲振荡的雷电全波的计算方法的发展改进过程,简述了自主开发的冲击测量软件的基本功能以及关键问题的解决方法,并采用IEC 61083-2—2010的标准试验数据发生器(TDG)验证了软件的计算准确度。根据该软件对雷电全波(LI)29个典型波形的计算结果,其主要波形参数为峰值Up、波前时间T1、半峰值时间T2、部分相对过冲幅值β与标准值的最大偏差值分别为-0.07%、1.5%、-0.17%、1.0%,各参数的计算偏差都小于标准规定的最大允许偏差。总结采用新方法后各参数的变化趋势,笔者选择IEC 61083—1996 TDG软件规定的17种典型波形(LI),结果显示新方法计算的过冲低于旧标准值,因此拟合基准曲线峰值低于旧方法中的平均曲线的峰值;对于过冲频率f≥500 kHz时,由于计算滤波方法的不同,新方法得到的T1和Up分别低于、高于旧标准值。Since the calculation accuracy of impulse voltage measuring software directly affects the measurement capability of impulse voltage measuring system, the paper introduces the development of calculation method to lightning impulse wave with overshoot and/or oscillation in IEC standard, also briefly describes the basic functions and solutions to key problems in programming progress of self-developed impulse software which is verified the calculation accuracy by using Test Data Generator(TDG) in IEC standard 61083-2-2010. According to the calculated results of self-developed software on 29 typical waveforms of lightning impulse, for 4 parameters: peak value Up,front time T1,time to half-value T2,overshoot magnitude β, the maximum deviation between calculated value and standard value is about-0.07%, 1.5%,-0.17%, and 1.0% respectively which are all smaller than the maximum errors provided in standard. In order to summarize the trend of each parameter after the adoption on the new method instead of the old method, the paper still selects 17 typical lightning impulse wave(LI) provided by old IEC 61083-1996 TDG software to calculate, the results show that the overshoot value of new method is lower than the old standard value, which cause the new base curve peak is lower than the old average peak of the curve; for the overshoot frequency f≥500 kHz, the new T1and Upis respectively less than and greater than the old standard value due to the different filtering methods.
