摘 要:研究了聚苯硫醚基 N-甲基咪唑离子交换纤维(MZ-PPS)对水溶液中 As(V)的吸附、解吸和再生性能,并考查了溶液浓度、pH 值、温度与纤维用量对As(V)吸附的影响.结果表明,MZ-PPS 纤维在 p H值为8~9时吸附性能最佳,吸附以单分子层离子交换为主,吸附容量随温度升高而增大,其过程符合准二级动力学模型.该纤维对 As(V)的吸附可在15 min 内达到平衡;浓度为20 mg/L的 As(V)溶液(25 mL)经0.02 g纤维吸附处理后,砷残留浓度低于国家对饮用水中残留砷标准(≤0.01 mg/L);吸附后的纤维可用1 mol/L HCl 溶液方便再生(洗脱率达97%),且经5次使用-再生循环后,吸附性能基本无变化,具有很好的实际应用前景.The adsorption and regeneration performance of polyphenylene sulfide based N-methylimidazole ion exchange fiber (MZPPS)for As(V)in aqueous solution was studied,and the effects of pH,temperature on As (V)adsorption were also evaluated.The results show that the optimal adsorption for As (V)could be obtained under pH 8-9,and the adsorption capacity would increase with the increase of adsorptive temperature.It was found that the adsorptive equilibrium could be achieved within 1 5 min and the adsorption kinetic model was consistent with the pseudo-second order kinetic model.The removal rate of As (V)was near 100% when the initial concentration of arsenate was 20 mg/L.After five adsorption and desorption cycles the adsorption performances of MZPPS did not decrease obviously,and it indicated that MZPPS fiber had excellent application prospect for the treatment of water containing As (V).
