摘  要:准噶尔盆地火成岩地层钻进过程中机械钻速低,钻井周期长,严重影响了石炭系目的层的勘探开发进程。为此,采用高强度、超耐磨的PDC型金刚石孕镶块作为主要破岩元件,研制了一种新型切削-研磨型孕镶金刚石钻头。该钻头综合了孕镶钻头和PDC钻头的技术优势,增强了钻头对地层的适应性。现场试验结果表明,新型钻头的平均机械钻速0.71 m/h,单只钻头进尺86.5 m,与高效牙轮钻头相比,平均机械钻速提高约20%,单只钻头进尺增加约302%。该钻头为今后准噶尔盆地火成岩地层的优质快速钻井提供了一种有效的技术手段。The igneous rock formation rock in the Junggar Basin is hard, highly abrasive and poorly drillable, which results in low rate of penetration (ROP) and long drilling cycle. This seriously affects the exploration and de- velopment progress of carboniferous target layer. Therefore, The PDC bit-type diamond impregnated block with high strength and ultra abradability was used as the main rock-breaking component. A new cutting-abrasive impregnated diamond bit was developed. The bit combines the technological strengths of impregnated bit and PDC bit, improving the bit adaptability to formation. The field test shows that the average ROP is 0. 71 m/h and the single bit footage is 86.5 m. Compared with the ROP and bit footage of high-efficiency roller bit, they have increased respectively by 20% and 302%. An effective technological means has been found for future quality and fast drilling in the igneous rock formation of the Junggar Basin.
