摘 要:根据海洋采修一体化平台对修井机的技术要求,以及海洋特殊环境状态,设计开发了HXJ110海洋钻修机。利用ANSYS软件对该钻修机井架的作业状态、预期状态、突发状态和安装状态分别进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,最大应力位于井架背扇底横梁一单元,最大应力值为184.3 MPa,该单元材料为Q345,屈服极限345 MPa,安全系数1.87,大于API标准的安全系数1.86;起升状态时,最大应力发生在井架下体侧斜梁一单元,最大应力值为180.7 MPa,该单元材料为Q345,安全系数1.91,大于API标准的安全系数1.67。该项分析结果可为其他海洋平台钻修机的设计开发提供参考。According to the technical requirements of the offshore platform that integrated production and workover as well as the special marine environment, an offshore drilling and workover rig is designed and devel- oped. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the operating condition, anticipating condition, emer- gency condition and installation condition of derrick were analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress is located at a unit of bottom cross beam at the back of the derrick with the maximum stress of 184. 3 MPa. The unit material is Q345 with a material yield limit of 345 MPa. Thus, the safety factor is 1.87, which is greater than the API stand- ard of 1.86. In the lifting state, the maximum stress occurs in a unit at the side sloped beam of the lower derrick with the maximum stress of 180.7 MPa. The unit material is Q345. Consequently, the safety factor is 1.91, which is greater than API standard safety factor of 1.67. The results of the analysis could provide valuable reference for the design and development of other offshore drilling and workover rig.
