摘 要:针对层间吸水差异较大的分注井中高渗层注水存在节流压差不够、调配不准及配水器刺坏等问题,研制了预节流防刺配水器。该配水器设计了3级节流方式,具有节流压差调节范围大、可防返吐等特点;同时采用组合活塞结构增强配水器的防刺效果,延长了大压差分注井中配水器的调配周期和有效使用寿命。该配水器已现场应用8井次,一次性施工成功率100%。应用结果表明,该预节流防刺配水器原理可靠、结构合理,在对高渗层实现大压差控制的同时,还增强了配水器防刺注水效果,大压差分注井的层段合格率由原来的50.0%提升至87.5%。In separate water injection well with large water absorption difference between different layers, wa- ter injection in high permeable layer encounters many problems including low choke differential pressure, inaccuracy allocation and water regulator erosion. To address these problems, a pre-choke anti-erosion water regulator is de- veloped. The new designed water regulator has three stage choke methods with the features of large adjustment range of choke differential pressure and back-flow prevention. By adopting a composite piston structure, the anti-erosion capability of water regulator is improved, extending the effective regulation life cycle of water regulator in separate water injection well with large differential pressure. The water regulator has been applied in 8 wells and all opera- tions were accomplished once with 100% success rate. The application results demonstrate that the pre-choke anti- erosion water regulator has reliable principle and rational structure. While achieving large differential pressure control in high permeability layer, the water regulator' s anti-erosion capability is enhanced, and the interval qualification rate is increased from 50.0% to 87.5% in separate water injection well with large differential pressure.
